Thank you very much for your card and the kind words on the passing of my mother.
I cannot thank you enough for all you did for her and especially for introducing her to Julie, who has been just amazing in caring for Mum over the last few years! Mum would never have been able to fulfil her wish to remain independent and living at home without Julie’s input and attentive care.
Home Support Client July 2020 – Feb 2022 feedback from family member
For some time my elderly Aunt had an Evergreen Home Support Worker visit her weekly at a regular day and time. She found it reassuring that it was the same caring person. We were always advised in advance if any alterations to the schedule became necessary. Unfortunately, in February 2022 my Aunt suffered a stroke overnight. She was found by the Support Workers on the floor in her bedroom. Evergreen staff stayed with her, arranged an ambulance, made her comfortable and reassured her until my arrival. Both the Support Workers and staff at the office have been excellent.

Please thank Rose and all your team for giving my mother in law, Barbara, such good care.
She told us she is going out for walks and has gone to Morrisons to buy some plants.

I wanted to let you know just how much I have appreciated the wonderful service Evergreen have provided – you are quite different from any other agency, and your carers are just fantastic. Without exception, everyone who visited Mum was kind and caring, and did everything that I could have asked to help Mum retain her dignity. I’m so grateful that Mum always thought that your staff were befrienders rather than carers, as that would have distressed her.
But one support worker went so far above and beyond what I could have expected, and it made such a difference knowing that she was going to visit Mum. I really did appreciate how regularly she kept in contact with me, and it made me feel that Mum was that little bit safer when she was around. I wish she could be cloned and shared with the care home Mum will be moving into! Please let her know just how much I valued her.
It has been such a positive experience working with Evergreen, as opposed to the care agency who looked after my mother in law, and the agency who provided the 24 hour care for Mum. I will always be grateful to you all at Evergreen – thank you.

Please feel free to use my comments on your web site. I have told so many friends and family who have older folk about Evergreen and the wonderful service you provide in case they should ever need additional help. I simply cannot praise Evergreen enough.
I just wanted to update you regarding Mum. After a long and stressful journey to get Mum into a Care Home near me.
I wanted to take this opportunity to give my sincerest thanks the all the team at Evergreen. You have always provided first class care for Mum. The only time during the day that I totally relaxed was when I knew that one of your carers were visiting.
All Evergreen staff have always been so helpful and professional.
The two carers who had the most input with Mum proved to be so much more than carers as we regarded them as family friends.

I would really like to thank you for all the support both from the office and the various wellbeing ladies that have visited mum over the years. Over the last two years X has built up an amazing relationship with mum and also really helped me with various issues regarding her she has been a fantastic support, I can't thank her enough for all her help and I will certainly keep in touch with her.

Please note that we have arranged for mum to have a Live-in Carer. They are due to arrive at midday on XXX. The Live-in Care is intended to cover all mum's care needs, so there should no longer be any requirement for your services.
