Many individuals face increasing isolation or reduced independence as they age, and we’re here to offer more than just support, we offer belonging. Our team and volunteers work alongside individuals to ensure they remain active, confident, and part of the community.

“I never thought I would have the opportunity to see the sea again.”
These were the words of one of our Evergreen Care UK beneficiaries when they heard about our planned seaside trip.
For many people in later life, a day by the sea is so much more than a trip. It is fresh air, friendship, nostalgia, laughter and something special to look forward to.
Right now, 39 people are waiting to be matched with a befriender through Evergreen Care UK — a reminder of how many people are looking for friendship, conversation and regular connection.
