Evergreen Care UK is a charity Bexley, founded in 2013, that operates within a Christian ethos to ensure that individuals can age with dignity, independence, and a sense of connection.
Our mission is straightforward: we aim to reduce isolation and empower people to age positively. Each month we assist over 600 clients through various services, including one-to-one befriending, home help, wellbeing visits, and community-based Elderberries Cafés. To date, we have reached more than 2,000 individuals, helping them stay engaged, informed, and connected.
