• Sponsorship is for a fixed 12-month term, with a review one month before expiry to discuss renewal.

• Sponsorship does not confer exclusivity in any business sector unless agreed separately in writing.

• Recognition activities will be coordinated by Evergreen to ensure alignment with our mission and communications.

• Partnership does not imply endorsement of a sponsor’s services.

• Sponsorship with Evergreen Care UK is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnership, designed to give organisations meaningful visibility, recognition, and engagement opportunities while helping us reduce loneliness and support positive ageing in Bexley.

• Unlike grant funding, sponsorship is not tied to restricted project outcomes or bespoke impact reporting.

• Bronze and Silver sponsors are celebrated through our digital platforms, newsletters, and events, ensuring your organisation is widely recognised in the community.

• Gold and Bespoke sponsors receive all of the above, and are also recognised in Evergreen’s Annual Report and AGM, where we highlight the collective impact made possible by our major partners.
